Kelsey A. Raymond, Attorney at Law
Kelsey has practiced estate planning in San Clemente for more than 18 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her law degree from Chapman University School of Law.
As a wife and mother of three, Kelsey understands how important it is to have a clear plan in place for the people you love. Her approach is practical and personal, helping families understand their options and create an estate plan that reflects their wishes and priorities.

During your initial consultation, Kelsey will review your goals, family situation, and estate planning questionnaire to understand what you want your plan to accomplish.
A complete estate plan may include a revocable living trust, pour-over will, financial power of attorney, and advance health care directive. Kelsey will explain each document and how the pieces work together.
When appropriate, she can also help you address guardianship planning for minor children and the steps needed to properly fund your trust.
